twentyfourever is an archive of Instagram stories published by brands, kept so they can be compared and analysed. This page says what we collect, on what basis we keep it, and what happens when a brand asks us to stop.
Who operates this service
MARNETTE.MEDIA, Société en commandite (SComm), company number 0722.977.820, Rue St-Pierre 43, Boîte 7, 4500 Huy, Belgique. Contact: hello@twentyfourever.com.
What we collect, and from where
We collect stories, posts and reels published publicly by brand accounts on Instagram. We collect nothing from private accounts, and nothing that requires being logged in to see. Collection runs once a day.
For each item we keep the image or video, the account that published it, the date and time, the link to the original post, and the text shown on screen. We group consecutive stories from the same account into sequences, and we read those sequences to describe what they appear to be doing — the role of each frame, the elements present, the apparent intent.
Why we keep the images
Because the analysis cannot exist without them. Describing how a brand uses its stories — how often, in what order, where it places its call to action — requires the sequences themselves, and comparing brands requires keeping them side by side over time. Stories disappear after 24 hours; an analysis built on them cannot.
We claim no ownership of any image. They remain the property of the accounts that published them. We display them with the account they came from, the date they aired, and a link to the original — never detached from their source, and never presented as ours.
If you are a brand and you want your media removed
Write to hello@twentyfourever.com from an address at your brand's domain, or tell us how you speak for the account. We remove the images and videos of that account within 7 days.
What removal removes: every image and video we hold for that account, from our storage and from the site. Your stories stop being displayed anywhere.
What removal does not remove: the measurements we made — how often the account posted, how its sequences were structured, which roles its frames played. These are our observations, not your content, and removing them would erase work that is ours. If you want those removed as well, say so and we will discuss it.
We keep a record of each request — the date, the account, what was removed, and who asked. That record survives the removal: it is how we can show that we honoured it.
If you are a subscriber
You may save sequences and group them into collections, with a description on each collection. That content is yours. If a brand asks for removal, the images disappear from your collections but your ordering, your descriptions and the collections themselves stay — the entry shows that the image was removed at the brand's request.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data afterwards.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your billing settings. No email, no form, no notice period.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until that date nothing changes: the full catalogue stays open, your saved sequences and collections stay where they are. On that date the account returns to the free plan.
Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Your saved sequences and your collections remain. The free plan caps how many new items you can save and hides the analysis of your own collections, but it removes nothing you had already put there, and there is no delay after which it would be removed. Subscribing again restores access to what was already yours.
Refunds
We do not refund a period that has started. Payment is quarterly or yearly and buys access to the catalogue for that period; access that has been open is content that has been delivered, and it cannot be returned. Cancelling stops the next payment — it does not refund the current one.
This is the ordinary case. It does not cover a payment taken in error, a duplicate charge or a period during which the service was not available: write to us and we settle it.
Right of withdrawal
A subscription gives immediate access to the whole catalogue — that is the entire point of it, and it is why we ask you to agree, before paying, that performance begins at once.
[ to be confirmed — the exact wording of the withdrawal waiver, and whether it holds as written under Belgian and EU consumer law — this is a formula that has to be precise to be worth anything, and it is the first thing to review ]
What the checkout does today: before you are sent to the payment page, you have to tick this box.
I ask for the catalogue to be unlocked immediately. I understand that delivery therefore begins at once and that I lose my right to withdraw from this purchase.
The exact sentence you tick is recorded with the date, so that what you agreed to can be established later — not merely that you agreed to something.
What we do not promise
The archive is incomplete. We collect once a day, and a day we miss is a day that is gone. Figures shown on the site are computed on what we hold, not on everything a brand published. Where a number could mislead — a sector average on too few accounts, a cadence measured over too short a window — we say so next to it or we do not show it.
[ to be confirmed — limitation of liability, applicable law, dispute resolution — these require legal review and are deliberately absent from this draft ]
Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. We do not silently rewrite a text and leave the old date in place.
